There is a physical activity program that encourages people to get 10,000 steps in one day. I (Theresa) signed up to participate through my work. I will give occassional updates on how I am doing (your welcome Kyle;))
Day 1: 7,434 (this is even with dog training! I am going to have to walk the long way to the bathroom at work)
Everyone should join me!!! Buy a cheap pedometer and keep track of how you are doing.
