After a couple of days of negotiating the price of a home Theresa and I have been looking at - we have reached an agreement with the seller.
For those of you with a list of things young married couples should do, the only remaining thing now that we have full time jobs, are in the process of buying a house, etc, is to have some _______. We don't need to go there just yet...let us enjoy this step for a little while first please. :)

Why are you buying a house if you don't have a full time job, shouldn't that come before buying a house. I thought you (Theresa) had a full time job did something happen with the job.
Also, I didn't realize you should own a house to have _______. Guess that's another reason to add to the list to not buy a house. ;-).

I think finishing grad school is also included as a step before the _______. I have an excuse until May.
I'm glad y'all found one! Is it one of the ones by my house? And don't have ______ too soon, because then I can't use you to babysit my monsters (notice the absence of _____?) :-) Congrats on the house! We're happy for you guys and can't wait to see it!
