Here are some pictures from our Anniversary trip to Queen Wilhelmina in Arkansas. We has a lot of fun and I recommend it to people who like to hike around a lot.
Here is Eric on one of our hikes. It snowed a few days before we got there. It was really pretty, yet slippery.
Here is the crazy twisty road we had to go up to get to the top of the mountain where the lodge is located.
Here is a picture of us at one of the outlooks. This was pretty much the view from our room in the lodge.
My snowman!!!
Eric likes this picture. Notice how small the trees are on top of the mountain. They called them "dwarf oaks."
This is Eric kicking a snowman. Don't worry, the snowman was already down.
Look at all the snow!
We hiked about 3 miles one way on a 100+ mile trail. Instead of hiking all the way back on the trail, we walked on the road. It took us about 2 miles and 30 minutes. The lodge is actually on top of that mountain in the distance and Eric is "running" towards it.
